RESEARCH
PageShot: a Successful Predecessor
Pageshot was the name when I was assigned. It was a famous experiment built by engineers. The goal of my team was to redesign and improve the UX and gave it a fresh look. We started by reviewing the design. After that, based on some competitor analysis, we proposed several decent improvements.

DESIGN
Leap to the Next Level
Being the observer in the interview study conducted by Sharon, our researcher, we understood more about the user needs and design flaws. As the design lead, I reviewed the design and user feedback to develop a redesign plan. In addition to the preparation of wireframes for essential user flow, I was responsible for the schedule management and supervised the team to improve the usability and generate the visual direction.

Overview of visual screens
As for the workflow, we adopted InVision as a starting point to transform wireframes into the low-fidelity prototype, which helped us effectively check feasibility with engineers. The visual designer, Fang Shih, replaced the wireframes into the high-fidelity prototype with measurements for engineers to implement.

CONCLUSION
Landing Page for Promotion
The team also created a landing page to promote the new feature. To inspire ideas, I hosted several brainstorming workshops for the team. Finally, Firefox Screenshot officially became a part of Firefox browser.
