A product‑led redesign for active traders. I led research, strategy, and direction to unite the chart, order book, and order entry into one high‑density “first‑view trading” screen. Outcome: faster execution and mobile satisfaction increased from 3.5 to 4.71.

A long-requested feature turned into a design-led transformation. I led the strategy to launch Light Mode, enhancing readability while rebuilding our color system from 60+ fragmented base colors into a scalable semantic token framework. I built a foundation that boosted team efficiency, reduced inconsistencies, and set the tone for future growth.

Copy trading often exploited copiers with unfair profit-sharing, poor risk controls, and fragmented experiences. I led the vision and design to introduce high-water mark profit sharing, isolated portfolios, and verified lead traders. Acting as both PM and Product Design Lead, I guided cross-functional teams to deliver a fair, transparent, and scalable product.
